  Waited fifteen minutes for a to go order. Apparently they dont know how to make chicken? I walked up and an unfriendly older Asian woman hostess wouldn't help me or even make eye contact. Then she proceeded to eat a five course meal at the hosting station while socializing. The cooks had zero hustle but found time to leer at me til I pointed a phone at them and they immediately stopped showing they knew it was inappropriate. Horrible service. Extremely slow and unfriendly!!! If you hustled as much to make food as you do to harass female customers, you might have a restaurant worth visiting. P.s. you have open alcohol containers behind your sign up front. Maybe focus more on that than female body parts. Trashy and disrespectful.

  I have always lived in very rural places like no red lights and an occasional caution light. So I had never heard of a Carrabbas until my oldest son went to college and introduced me to this Italian masterpieces. Our only Italian food experience was pizza, lasagna and spaghetti we made. The flavor of the food makes you wonder who’s mother came up with the recipes it doesn’t have a canned vegetable flavor and the spices are precisely applied because I have eaten at every Carrabbas in North Florida and nearly everyone in Ga from Atlanta Macon Augusta Savannah and the food doesn’t disappoint the flavor is The same wonderful experience no matter the location. So to sum this paragraph in one sentence “This is my favorite restaurant.”and at 64 years old I have tried many restaurants and have always been satisfied.with my dining experience. Only change would be larger portions of bread but our family is bread crazy plus the spices are so good. Sincerely DW

  We loved it. This restaurant passed the vibe check, service was fantastic, food even better, and we even got a take home for our teenager. I’ll definitely come back.

  Stopped in here with coworkers during a work trip. Can usually depend on Carrabbas for a decent meal at a decent price. Ordered mozzarella sticks and meatballs as an appetizer, got cold undercooked cheese sticks. When we complained, the took them and brought a new plate that was also undercooked and still frozen in the middle. Considered leaving after that but decided after talking to a manager, who assured us the meal would be both good and hot, to give it a chance. This turned out to be a mistake, sautéed spinach was burnt, one of pasta dishes was cold to the touch. Sent that back as well it came back hot on top but still cold in the middle.

  Came in for good ole Italian food, left with the best impression. Everyone was so attentive and helpful when it came to helping my roommate and I decide what meal we should get! This was especially true for our waitress, Iris. She went above and beyond with her recommendations and speedy service. Definitely making Carrabbas a staple in my restaurant rotation!
