Unfortunately, the service is what knocked off two stars. I had Joshua as my server, and he wasn’t very attentive. After my food came out, he never checked back in. I had to stop him three separate times…once for a refill, once for celery, and finally for the check. I understand having multiple tables, but not checking in at least once to see if everything came out okay or if anything else was needed isn’t acceptable. The food and wait time were solid, but the service really needs improvement.

It was very busy, but he kept us in the loop and we didn't feel like we were ignored. The food was hot and fresh! The test of great customer service is how you handle busy times.

The first set of fries we received were room temperature (not even slightly warm). We ordered the salad and requested Caesar dressing on the side, but the salad came out drenched in Ranch dressing and an additional ramiken of Ranch dressing on the side. The chicken on the salad was so tough that I asked for a steak knife to cut it. Apparently, they only have butter knives in the restaurant. The burger was prepared well and tasty. Again, our server, Josh was very pleasant and tried to correct the mistakes of the kitchen.
