  Came to BWs from Vegas for some quick wings since we were in town for the PBR at Doak event. Let me tell you…Jen at the bar was absolutely amazing. Great service, excellent personality, and created a fantastic atmosphere for us that made our quick trip into a couple hours of pure enjoyment! She was hands down one of the best bartenders/servers we have ever been around…and we’re from Vegas where they are a dime a dozen. Highly recommend going to see Jen, she’ll make the trip worth it!

  The heavy set blond manager is rude and immature. My company used to come here multiple times a week for lunch however until somethings done about how she talks to paying customers we will not be returning. Pedro's (right around the corner) will bring you warm food and freezing beer in half the time and with an actual smile on their face.

  If you want to wait like close to three hours for food, this is your place. The only reason why im giving this place three stars is because of our waiter, she was polite and a hard worker. It took like a hour for appetizers to come out. Not even gonna lie the trio dip was hot and fresh, my daughter cheese curbs was fried hard, my other daughter buffalo tots were extremely cold but my third daughter and son mozzarella sticks and fried pickles were hot so 80% of our appetizers were good. I'm wasn't going to order entrees because how long it took to receive our appetizers but we came from Panama City and enjoying a family night out, so my husband and I said why not. This is where I lost my patience but not with the waiter because she was working like five tables plus ours. It took close to a hour to receive i'm our entrees. My husband ordered 20 all flats well done and buffalo dry rub, not going to lie it was good and cook exactly how my husband wanted them. My first daughter ordered the bacon mac n cheese burger, she enjoyed it but the fries were extremely cold and she was the only person the receive fries with her meal the the same time. My son ordered buffalo boneless wings, his tots came out like 15 mins after him eating his boneless wings, my second daughter she just ordered lemon pepper wings dry rub, she enjoyed them, my youngest daughter ordered their new sweet chili sauce boneless wings with fries but her fries came out 20 mins after she finished eating her wings. I ordered the chicken dippers and my patience is gone because we arrived here a little after four and now its after six. I told my waiter just bring me a to go box and the check and I'll just take my dippers with me. They never cook the dippers so she took them off the check. This our first time here at this Buffalo Wild Wings because we stay in Panama City and all the review I read about this place being slow is 100% correct but they just need a few things that they need to work on because overall I'll give the food 90%, the staff that they have seems like they really dont mind working but you can tell they are overworked and agitate. One girl that was a waiter walked out because she just had enough and was arguing with another member of staff. One manager was literally behind us sitting on his ass at a table while he see his team struggling and he didnt move until another manager came in the start her shift and thats when he got up and act like he been helping out. This place have great potential, I feel like it just need different managers and need to be manage in a different way. Base on how long it took for us the receive our food and the inconsistencies of the timing of when we received our food, that's the only reason why we will not give this location another chance. We arrive here a little after 4 and we didnt leave till 630pm. Hopefully they will fix it because they do have great potential at this location!

  The moment we walked in, we were not greeted or welcomed. Our server Kayla had a very nasty attitude and demeanor, when asking what we wanted, she rushed everyone’s order and didn’t interact with us. She didn’t come and check on us or made sure we had utensils if needed. The vibe and energy was off the whole time. They did not bring our orders out at the same time nor give us an update on them. We had to keep asking. The food was cold when it was brought out. Another worker named Sheba was very dry with us as well when asking about an update on the order. We waited almost 30 mins for my friend order to come out for the second time and all she ordered was an ultimate sampler. When we got the order, the onion rings were COLD I told my friend to check them before the server leaves so we can let her know then, the server looked at us and still ended up leaving. I didn’t get her name . Also when waiting for the check, the server Kayla didn’t come and check on us while we was here we went to other tables and check on them but didn’t come check on us. When we finally caught her, I asked her for the manager because at this point it became so ridiculous and unprofessional. She stated that she manager was unable to come because she was working in the kitchen because they was busy, that’s understandable but when there is a issue at hand it should be handled. When asking for the checks, Kayla asked us more than 5 times what our orders was. When she came back with the check and a to go box, I tried to give her my card to go ahead and pay so I could leave, she ignored and acted like she didn’t hear me. So I called her name twice and she still acting like she didn’t hear me even though she was a table close to mine. Now I do understand that they may have been understaffed, busy, or just having a bad day but the customer service needs to be better. The staff needs to do better as far as their tone deliverance and energy towards customers. I would never come back here again. This experience here has been nothing but bad. 0/10

  Ordered 1 draft beer and 15 bine in wings with a side of fries at 715 pm on 2/20/2026. Beer arrived at 738. At 745 my wife asked another waitress for a refill of ice water and then when. Our waitress returned around 805 pm we asked if we could have it to go. She said that it wasn't even close! They were not busy at all and most people had no food! We would normally not eat at an empty restaurant ( a sign they are not good) but we assumed that they were a large franchise....guess we were wrong! We are just passing thru amd do not recommend eating here..order pizza from 5 Star Pizza across the street. They did not disappoint!
