This happens every time we order, regardless of the pickup time. While I was waiting, another gentleman came in for a pick up. I joked that hopefully his wouldn't take as long as mine. He replied "doubtful, I have to wait every time I come in here." Management either needs to fix the pickup time estimate on the website or figure out what the holdup is in the kitchen.

Guests who were sat at a table 15 minutes after my order was “promised” had their entrees and were eating. When asked, they said the kitchen was “a little backed up”. Didn’t seem to care knowing I’ve been waiting here. My fiancée is pregnant and now we’re eating dinner past 9pm because it took an extra 90 minutes after the time they told us for the order to be ready. Very frustrating experience, will not return or recommend.

My partner and I went on the most random day but it was perfect and they had a pianist playing 😭😭 they also have $5 margarita Monday and idk who’s behind the bar but they’re incredible. We gave our compliments to the chef and Nico was our waiter he was amazing his service was top tier as well, very polite welcoming and kind. I’ve never been to a bonefish grill like this. 10/10 recommendation for your next date night

The food was impeccable and the service was timely and courteous. The price for the quality of food was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend. I ate at three different locations throughout Florida and my favorite so far is the Tallahassee location.
