    I would rate this location five stars usually. But unfortunately I can only rate four after today's experience. We have never had a bad encounter with anyone else there as far as customer service nor have we had a bad drink. They have been so nice and helpful. At least that was up until a couple weeks ago when the girl taking our order was rude and just plain vile. She doesnt ask for our number, just our order and walks away. The times she has been there, we have to give her our number so we can receive our points. This happened on several occasions.

    Just left this seven brew and the girl taking my order rung it up incorrectly and didn’t charge me, then rung it up again so she could charge my card and fully handed me someone else’s drink. I tried to get her attention because it was some peppermint coffee, which is totally not what I asked for, and she kept talking to the other workers and completely ignored me. Now I have this drink with huge chunks of peppermint which I will not drink. On top of a hard morning, this just really makes me upset, the drink is disgusting and not what I ordered.

    Very poor service I got frozen lemonades from there and it was blended ice I told them can I exchange my drink and they said I have to repay for another drink because that’s part of their policy

    The 'S' in 'Seven Brew" must stand for "Surprise me". 8/10 times i order from this location, my order is wrong. I order the same iced beverage every time I am at either location in town, and this one is consistent in getting it wrong (no flavor, too much flavor, wrong flavor). The coffee is good, despite being given a different iced blondie each time

    Love the drinks, they are definitely way better than most, but let's face it, you can get coffee and from so many places (even if they aren't as good as 7), but it's the staff thar keeps me coming back. Always helpful and friendly!
