I don't know if it's a rotation issue or if it's something going on with the product being provided by corporate, but it just isn't as good as it used to be. I'll go to another Dunkin and the bagels are perfect every time, so it's just this location.

Got up from the lobby went behind the counter didn't wash her hands prepared my items sat them in the counter then returned to the lobby. So yeah service needs a little improvement
