- MDMathias Durpoix5 days ago1.0No one wears gloves, and I was given a liquid ice cream. When I complained about it, I was told that the ice machine can't chill long enough because they're too busy. I worked in fast food in the past: first of all, everyone is supposed to wear gloves, and secondly, if the ice isn't cold enough to have a decent texture, you stop selling it and tell people to wait 5 minutes instead of serving them soup and refusing to refund/replace. Embarrassing

Furthermore, they didn't serve them upside down as is standard, and they were quite runny. Overpriced for the quality received.( Red Velvet blizzards)

I tend to very polite I also work in customer service, I asked a question about the price of an item and she caught the biggest attitude to the point she was shaking her head and stuttering because she appeared so angry. Her face said it all.
