  My husband and I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a number one that said 9.69 on the sign and my husband ordered a number 3 that said 10.99. She said our total was 25.25. Look at the receipt and the prices were 11.19 and 12.29. Ok that’s aggravating. Then my husband asked the cashier why were they putting our burger in the microwave and she said we have to nuke them twice to melt the cheese. My husband was reluctant but I said it was fine. We get our burgers and go to eat them and they taste boiled. So now we are beyond aggravated. My husband calls corporate and they say they are no longer grilling the burgers on open flame but a flat iron grill. Well that has done it for us. That was our last trip to DQ. Yall need to change your name and remove grill and just say DQ Chill

  I was excited to see in the app that you have premium smoothies and Orange Julius and then I found out that you’re one of the few who don’t.Very disappointed. You’d have more customers if you did. I know that for sure. Ps. The app is terrible.
