  I order a kids meal today around 10:17pm and I figured something was wrong because the cost was higher jj made sure my order was correct before cashing me out, changing what was needed and made sure I had ranch sauce for my fries! He was quick and friendly. Thank you JJ your awesome!

  The one across the street is always better. Always. Had me waiting for over 10 minutes for a salad and after making me pull into the hot sun to wait because they're moving so slow, they forgot stuff in my order. Had me running across their parking lot because of their mistakes. Was frustrating, and then they still didn't get it right. I just left because they had already taken it back and opened it back up to fix. This is my 3rd time going to that particular store and I've had an issue there ever single time. I'm just gonna drive the extra time to go to the one across the street from now on.

  I do the mobile drive thru whenever I get Chick-Fil-A and it has been great! Just wanted to rate from my most recent experience today when the drive-thru Chick-Fil-A employee noticed my Oreo shake was leaking from the bottom and went to fix it without me even asking that of him. Thank you so much for doing that! They are wonderful employees here.

  (2.5 stars) I hate leaving this review, but this has become a consistent issue. I’ve ordered medium and large fries from this location at least seven times, and nearly every time they’re half-filled. The photo shows a large fry that isn’t even halfway full. At this point, mediums feel like smalls and larges feel like mediums. I understand inflation 😔 prices are up everywhere 😮‍💨 but paying $10+ for a meal and receiving noticeably less food feels unfair. What makes it more frustrating is that sauces are often placed on top of the fries, which makes the box look fuller than it actually is. I used to work at Chick-fil-A, so I know what properly filled fries look like. The only time my fries were filled correctly was when I specifically asked for it, which shouldn’t be necessary. This isn’t anger 😕 it’s disappointment. Everything else is usually correct, but the fry portions are consistently lacking, and that matters. Until this changes, I'll just have to eat elsewhere, respectfully.
