Unfortunately, the order was prepared incorrectly, and when she politely returned to request the correct items, she still did not receive her full order. During this interaction, a male employee responded in an unprofessional and inappropriate manner, even threatening to curse at her. This behavior is completely unacceptable, especially considering she is a loyal customer who spends hundreds of dollars at Chick-fil-A. This individual does not represent the company’s values or standards, and the overall service at this location raises serious concerns. My order was missing items and and I had to return to get missing items and the manager on duty claimed she made my order as if I was lying about missing items and then said "Whatever, just remake it". After I received the missing items I checked my bag and it was again missing an item so glad I didn't make the mistake of trusting again. Got home to realize they also put wrong toppings in my salad. Do better management. The employees that helped were much nicer.
