You can tell the place is being run with more attention now—the food came out fresh, hot, and actually looked like care went into it. I went with a cheesesteak and fries, and both hit the spot, especially the fries which were crispy and easily my favorite part of the meal. The service stood out too—friendly, fast, and welcoming without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of spot where you can grab something quick but still feel like you got good quality for your money. Definitely a noticeable improvement and I’ll be coming back again.

From a distance, it looked decent enough to try. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly. The customer service was underwhelming from the start. The staff behind the counter appeared disengaged and indifferent. What concerned me most, however, was the food handling. The employee preparing and serving food repeatedly wiped her face and nose while working and continued serving customers without changing gloves or visibly sanitizing her hands. In today’s world, basic hygiene during food preparation isn’t optional — it’s fundamental. Watching that happen while waiting for my order was uncomfortable and honestly off-putting. February 22, 2026 1P.M Whether someone is feeling unwell or not, food service requires strict attention to cleanliness and customer safety. That standard didn’t appear to be a priority here. Based on what I observed, I would personally avoid returning.
