  Had a great visit at this busy location. What made it absolutely fabulous was the service. Jordan provided an experience like we were in a 5 star steakhouse. Stellar experience with him!!! Food was delicious. Loved the scampi Damien… creamy, garlicky and lemony. The chicken soup was piping hot and full of flavor. The cheesecake was creamy and dreamy…. Perfect ending. The only thing I didn’t like was espresso martini, bc they don’t use real espresso so they are not the best. Sangria was good. Chicken Bryan is always juicy and tasty. Restaurant was clean and had a good ambiance. You can’t beat the $10 take home meal. Fantastic value. I’ll be back.

  Delivery was awful. Not sure if driver went through bag or not, but was haphazard with noodles & salad hanging out of containers & sauce spilling into bottom & side of bag. Only spice, no oil packet in bread bag. Half the order of side fettuccine was missing. Driver tried to look over me when delivering although I asked for contactless delivery. Scary to eat the food. These restaurants need to seal bags so customers know it’s not been tampered with. And need to check they are providing oil packets with bread. They need to better by the consumer.

  Carrabba‘s Italian Grill in Tallahassee is always a great experience. Lily was one of the mini servers who took excellent care of us, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. David, the general manager, is always so much fun and such a delight to talk to. He does an amazing job working the entire restaurant and stopping by to check on guests and make sure everyone is doing well. That kind of attention in hospitality really stands out great food great service and a wonderful overall atmosphere.

  Food was good until I found a hair in mine. After paying I mentioned how it was chilly inside to the waitress, just trying to have a friendly conversation because I seen she had on long sleeve. The waitress responded to me by shrugging and said the other guests said it was hot inside and that she can’t please everyone. I found that very rude and if my fiancé hadn’t paid already I would’ve taken my tip back. I clearly wasn’t asking her to “please me” by adjusting anything because we were already on our way out the door.

  I had a great experience at Carrabba’s, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Mackenzie. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. She checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing and had a really positive attitude that made us feel welcome. Our food came out promptly, and Mackenzie made sure we had everything we needed. It’s always nice to have a server who genuinely seems to care about the dining experience, and she definitely delivered that. I’d absolutely come back again, and I hope to be served by Mackenzie next time!
