  Family celebration dnner absolutely ruined tonight!! Tallahassee florida magnolia location took 10 min for drinks when the food came out food was cold we ordered hot wings not ive wings 3 servers on a busy Friday night 3 hostesses on you could see in the kitchen tickets lined up food getting cold cooks drinking over the food when we talked to general manager ashley she seemed like she honestly didnt care and said eventually the other servers would be here like it was no big deal and told my husband to call corporate and then proceeded to talk about our table to the staff we knew because everyone was looking at our table my husband was very upset so he stepped outside to make that phone call to corporate in his absence the heavy set black male kitchen manager in a green shirt approached the table and asked what the problem was very confrontational and so unprofessional my daughter was very calm and was telling him about our food being cold and cooks drinking behind the line which is completely against health code so he was extremely loud and said well im comping the table and firing the cookbecause if you have a bad experience your not coming back it wasn't what he said but the hostile way he said it so we proceeded to leave at this point the manager or whatever he was was just causing a huge scene and we didnt need the two children age 2 and 7 to see this and he came back making a bigger scene wanting my daughter to point to the cook yelling this is bullshi and at this point the whole restaurant was staring we went in to have a nice family dinner but we have never been treated with such a absolutely unprofessional hostile atmosphere absolutely will never ever go back!!!!

  They have rules about how I can order my drinks??? Don't they want me to sirens my money. I went outside to smoke cigarette, and a manager(I guess) told me I can't smoke in that area. I put my cigarette out and apologized. Then I went back inside to see that manager and another manager high fiving because they told me who's boss. I'm sorry, but I'm a grown adult this company doesn't need to act like my mom. As far as the management high fiving over giving me information about company policies exposes the lack of professionalism from the management. You'll never see me doesn't money in your establishment again.

  Walked into an empty restaurant and still couldn't get served (5:10pm on April 6th, 2026). I watched the staff stand around in a huddle, presumably discussing how to further lower the bar for human incompetence. 15 minutes of being ignored in a vacant building is a new low, even for this circus. You never fail to disappoint, but at this point, expecting effort from this place is like expecting a goldfish to solve a Rubik's Cube.

  Even when the place is half empty you can't request to sit anywhere other than where the hostess sits you bc the manager forces them to follow the rotation. The food is far below the quality I expect and get from the chain in other cities. Both the hostess walked away for several minutes to help other guests before seating us while the place was mostly empty. The bartender asked what we wanted to drink and when I looked down at the menu to read the drink off the menu she walked away.

  It is sad. It's my first time going to this Buffalo wild wings. I was told the order be ready at 10:00 after the hour. I had ordered it at 17 after the hour. I waited the time allotted and was on time only to find out that my food had been sitting since 25 after so well over a half hour 40 minutes. But anyway all the food was cold. I definitely didn't want it. There was only a server at the front and I just asked for my money back. I went back in to show the manager who didn't come out and talk to me to begin with because she was talking with a employee which was more important that the time that I was supposed to pick it up the time it was ordered and how unhappy I was. She did get agitated with me cuz she didn't like what I had to say. Kind of unprofessional being that she is supposed to be able to make matters a better when there's an unhappy customer. I pointed that out which only made her more upset and she kept saying how can I help you so I said not at all. Thank you and have a nice day and I left.
