Food has been better but the seafood ( shrimp, scallops) were way overcooked. Brussels were undercooked. Service was ok but was a busier than average night. Overall food was good and would of given better rating if wasn't every entrée was off. Visited same location before and everything was great but not tonight.

This was our first time at Bonefish Grill and we were not disappointed! We had the Fried Calamari & Charbroiled Oysters as starters, the Lobster Ravioli, Mahi Mahi, and Chicken Caesar Salad as main courses & the Dragon Fruit No-jito & Blueberry Refresher as drinks. Everything was well made & tasted light & fresh. The calamari was perfectly seasoned & the drinks were delicious! Dakota was very nice going around to each table to introduce himself (not sure if he was the owner or manager but Dakota gets a 10 from me!). Addison was our waitress and she was sweet & polite, the only feedback I'd give her is to be a little more proactive with your customers because we did have to ask for our bread. I wish I could remember the name of the young man who brought our food out b/c he also deserved a tip. The atmosphere, food, and staff was wonderful. This was a great first time dining experience & we will definitely be back!

My friend (who no longer works here anymore thankfully) recommended we come by for lunch and drinks and we finally did a few weeks ago. However, we had an awful experience which I wasn’t going to speak on initially, because we already planned to not return and didn’t want to jeopardize her job, but after finding out she’s been let go recently—I have no reason to hold out. This place seems unprofessional and careless from my experience . Our waiter, Triston I believe his name was, seemed incompetent but he did mention he had just started serving so we gave him some grace. He took our orders and then disappeared for 20 mins returning with the wrong items then disappeared again. When they did bring out our correct entrees, everything was slightly cold as if it had been sitting. My friend still hadn’t received her food and when we asked another server to check, they came back to let us know the burger she ordered was unavailable, but she could select something else. By this time, we had already been there almost 2 hours and were over it and still hadn’t received our appetizers before getting the wrong food, and that was the first thing we had ordered. When the bang bang shrimp and egg rolls finally did come out, they were cold too. My friend was working that day thankfully, so I flagged her down and asked if she could get her manager and the check because we honestly did not want to pay for anything but our drinks or wait for our server to finally make an appearance. She apologized for the experience we had, offered to take back our cold untouched plates, and even tried to find our server, who ended up coming back to let us know it would be a “few more minutes on the burger” lmaooo. The manager came by and I can’t remember her name but she was super sweet and was able to take care of everything for us. She also checked in with us before we left and gave each of us a free bang bang card which honestly for what we experienced and how poorly those bang bang shrimps were presented…I gave mine to a homeless man 😭 I’ve worked with my friend for 11 years, it’s how we became close friends so I know she’s a kick ass hard worker. So for them to have let her go, yet decide to keep incompetent and unskilled people instead, says a lot about why we had the experience we did. Good riddance for her, but bad look for the restaurant.

This used to be a really nice restaurant. It was quiet, high-end and highly-rated. So believe me when I say it saddens me to leave this feedback. I came in here a few days ago and there was a large party of young black women. They were blocking aisles, shoving white people as they tried to walk by and they trashed the bathrooms. Literally peed on the floor and threw toilet paper over it. Customers that were here for a date night came pouring out of the establishment to get away from them. The aisles all being blocked was a clear fire hazard, not to mention people couldn't access bathrooms and waiters couldn't get by. Management did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. They didn't ask them to sit down, quiet down or unblock the aisles. I personally had a woman shove me with the side of her behind and another one whip me with her braids because I dared to try to use the bathroom. I am personally disgusted by the behavior of these women, as they were certainly old enough to know better. They were fully aware they were ruining the dining experience of everyone around them and they thoroughly enjoyed it. It's disheartening to see a business cower like that instead of taking control of the situation. The owner needs to be aware that their managers arent managing. Believe me, next time the fire chief will be made aware of the fire hazard. But I can bet for 99% of the customers that were there, they won't be returning. Judging by the looks on their faces as they left, they were quite angry with how they were treated.
