  Sunday, bagels weren't fresh and didnt have a toaster. They forgot to add cream cheese and made the minimum effort to add it. Overall just a bushleague bagel shop.

  Bagels and cc are good, nice staff, and would return. They just need some help on making sure the to go orders are right - we had 2 wrong to go orders in 1 week. Suggest customers double check to go orders before leaving.

  Lovely people. Always willing to go above and beyond. And the bagels are delicious! Absolute breakfast stop for anyone in Surfside.

  If you are reading this review, this is your sign to stop what you're doing and find a different bagel shop. This place has a serious lack of management. The first thing I noticed was how unclean it is. Floors are sticky, tables had crumbs on them, and trash on the floor. Then I noticed there was only 2 people working, one in the back stocking stuff and 1 taking orders and preparing. It's not the two workers fault they were on their own, that's management. Imagine one guy trying to prepare your bagel while also taking orders and also stocking stuff at the same time. Who is cleaning?!?! If you've been to any decent bagel shop you would know there is an entire operation going on to ensure the best quality. Against my initial suspicions, I stuck it out and ordered. The bagel was stale. The eggs tasted like they were microwaved but I can't confirm that for certain. Overall, this establishment is lacking the vibe where you know for sure everything is being done with love. They likely have stuck around because the area was in need for a bagel shop. Read other reviews too. I will never come here again, sad excuse of a bagel shop.
