  No comimos, pero el ambiente es muy divertido, por los animales de la selva y sus gruñido y movimientos, los acuarios enormes con peces preciosos, y cada tanto una tormenta con truenos y llovizna qué se genera cuando algún niño está recorriendo el lugar maravillado por lo que ve. El personal es muy atento, íbamos con una niña y pusieron en marcha una tormenta. Ella feliz!

  Giovanna was on point bringing everything in a timely manner and made sure we weren’t missing anything. She brought a birthday cupcake and candle for my son which I appreciated. 10/10 all the plates of food were very good too, it was the the Korean chicken lettuce wraps exceeded my expectations. For entrees, salmon and coconut shrimp 10/10, the spicy shrimp stir fry 8/10 was mostly veggies and rice, the Philly cheesestake, chicken entree and kids chicken. Great experience for my son’s 1st bday.

  Rainforest Café at Sawgrass Mills was an amazing experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is always fun and immersive, but what really made our visit stand out was our server, Angelina. We had a large party, and she handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, and a genuinely friendly attitude. She was attentive without being overwhelming, made sure everyone was taken care of, and kept things running smoothly the entire time. It’s not easy managing a big group, but she made it look effortless. Thanks to Angelina, our whole group had a great time, and we’ll definitely be back!

  Safe to say that I will never return to this location ever again. We usually take the kids every couple of months. We are not big fans of the food but usually go so they can see the animals. When we arrived your hostess said it was a 1 hour wait. I had just seen on open table (before we arrived) that you had reservations available for a party of 4. So at that time I made a reservation on open table. The hostess got very upset and nasty about it. I saw her going to other employees to complain. But I did not do anything wrong if you had availability on open table to reserve. Either way, the wait time ended up being way less than an hour and all parties got in quickly. Once it’s our turn to get seated the woman took us to a table in the back far away from any animal views. It was a table of 6. I asked her if we could sit in a table of 4 (since we are 4 people) closer to the animals. I saw over 5 tables that were available. Most of the parties inside were larger parties so smaller tables were available. She said with an attitude “those are for other people” and walked away. So then she leaves us standing for over 15 minutes with a toddler and a 1 year old waiting for high chairs. I asked twice and no one came back with them. I will also mention that the restaurant was not busy. Employees just a couple of feet away from us were standing just looking and not getting us a high chair so we could finally sit. I got so frustrated we picked up our stuff and left. No way I’m spending $200 easily in a place were employees act like they are doing you a favor. I am seeing a lot of reviews that keep mentioning the hostess and the servers are rude. Whoever is reading this management or owner please listen to your customers. We can’t all be wrong. I have had not pleasant experiences coming here in the past but this one was the cherry on top.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Rainforest Cafe inside Sawgrass Mills. From the moment we sat down, the service was extremely poor and disorganized. Our server Alexandro was practically nonexistent. We waited over 20 minutes just to receive our drinks, and during that entire time no one came by to check on us or even acknowledge the delay. It felt like our table had been completely forgotten. When the food finally arrived, it was another huge disappointment. The quality was far below what you would expect for the prices they charge. The food looked rushed, poorly prepared, and honestly not appetizing. It was so bad that we barely touched it and left most of it sitting on the table. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of management presence. There was no manager visible anywhere to address concerns or help resolve the situation. When service is this poor, there should at least be someone supervising the floor and making sure customers are taken care of. This place clearly relies on the theme and tourist traffic from the mall, but unfortunately the actual dining experience doesn’t match the atmosphere at all. Long waits, inattentive service, and low-quality food make it hard to justify coming here. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing visit. Between the slow service, lack of attention, and poor food quality, it’s safe to say we will not be returning. There are far too many better dining options nearby to waste time and money here. ⭐️ Extremely disappointing experience.
