  Nos faltaron unos nuggets en la orden, las papas venían a la mitad y frías, la malteada no me la dieron y cuando la pedí dijeron que no había, el servicio es terrible y peor la actitud de los empleados , no volveremos

  Store was open, we arrived at 10:15 PM, when we got here, we ordered our food, thru the app, and they tried and kick us out while we still waiting for the food, like can they close the lobby whenever they want or what? We got our food but of course they put in a to go bag since we ordered it eat inside. Like put a sign or something outside that the lobby is closed and then threaten us that they’re gonna call service aid to get us and other people removed, not the first time this happened, at least let us finish our food and we’ll leave in peace, ya’ll better get your workers well educated with service, I worked at a fast industry before, and at my place my crew never treated customers like that, the store is open until 12 AM and thats what I see thru their hours. Y’all better get this right, and it wasn’t a busy night for them like c’mon seriously?

  This location is really terrible and rude.My Daughter on line order was a disaster. The order was ready but the employee there said she couldn't give it to her because there seem to be a glitch in the app and couldn't refund her money. 45min later she left empty handed and to make matters worst they charge out credit card.She call customer service they were also no help.They said it was up to that location to refund the charge. I was try to explain how are they go to refund us when they couldn't do it when she was there. Out source customer survey to another country where they couldn't understand. What a great company lol.Never going to Mc Donalds again.Not worth the hassle and money.Chick-fil-A down the street food and service 100% better.
