- DIDeNay Israel4 days ago1.0Came in today with my girl to grab a quick meal after we ordered we stayed by the register to wait for her phone because this nice lady rung it up in drive through register. While waiting for the phone Daniel (guy with pink beard) was ringing orders upfront I heard him saying slick remarks to guest as he ranged them up legit heard him call a lady BIG every person look uncomfortable after ordering. I saw zero smiles. The sweet lady brings back my girl phone @ 12:04pm. I go and fix a drink at the fountain after that waited. I waited for 30+ mins for two burgers that was ready & sitting upfront for the longest way before he cleared the whole lobby. I tell Daniel (guy with the pink beard) “hi excuse me” he says “LISTENING” I said “I’ve been waiting and I’m pretty sure those are my burgers right there” he does a big sigh and aggressively ask for the receipt so I show him and he goes and bags it. After bagging it I ask for bbq sauce he aggressively says “DID YOU PAYY” i asked “without nuggets I have to now?” Genuinely asking because I didn’t know he yells YES OF COURSE. I said “let’s walk to the register I don’t mind paying” and paid. In conclusion this guy was rude and short tempered and I dead don’t care about the wait or a up charge it’s the disrespect and tone of this guy that made me highly upset.
