Laughing in my face because they didn't put the correct thing on my bag and I had to fight traffic to turn around and go all of the way back. And it was 3 different employees laughing. Today ( new years eve), I told the young latin girl working the drive through windows thank you, to have a nice day and a happy new year. She proceeded to stare at me like she could kill me until I looked away and drove off. I don't pay out good money to companies who employ unmotivated, attitude giving children. I have experienced this type of behavior at many fast food restaurants. They need to increase their wages to hire capable people who actually want to work and serve the public with respect and kindness. As consumers we need to invest in companies that have some decent standards and financially starve the rest. Just stop buying from them. And don't even return when they change because they never had a culture of good customer service from the beginning.

- RHRome HerrNov 23, 20252.0I stopped to pick up my food at the drive-through. Nobody, including whoever seems to be the manager was wearing gloves. They handled the money, the package, the food and some of the staff was cleaning. I had to drive away before I got my food.
