I got my order voided because they don’t do a promo that it went thru the app. This is really bad customer service, before I have seen other restaurants taken themselves out and not making someone go to the store and then find out their order was voided. 0 customer service. This is why I won’t do subway ever again. This was a first after 6 months and was giving it a chance, now I would never do.

I've had conversations with many past employees and they all say the same thing about the manager.ive never seen an employee last there longer than two months. At first I thought it was the employee themselves, but after hearing the same from some of their better former employees I've come to conclusions it's not the workers that are the problem.
