Now the management and staff have changed and let me tell you the staff their are so rude I tried going their like three times sometimes mainly because I’m on a lunch break and they are closer the staff are rude, the food quality is not good and they never have sauce as they are lazy. Save yourself from the disappointment and just drive to the Pollo tropical in Broward and University in Plantation its so much better and the food quality especially the customer service attention. The third time they were so rude this made me come and write this comment on my lunch break. Yes it was that bad businesses depend on customer service skills and speaking to customers in a polite way.

Thank you for ordering. 9 out of 10 times you won’t be greeted or treated with respect and courtesy. Ordered my food at 7:55pm and the drive through lady asked me to move back to cheat their time sensor. I asked for cilantro garlic and they don’t have any sauce. For the amount of money you pay for food you would expect better service
