- MLMadjina Lubin5 days ago1.0This complaint is based on the visit for 11/19/2025 around 8pm and a black young lady with a red shirt along with the young lady at the drive thru were completely just talking which is fine however I proceeded to ask for the sauces to the young lady and her manager had to let her know that I was talking to her and her response was “I hear her” as if she heard me but ignoring me! The customer service was disgusting and seems like the manager would like to make friends instead of running an organization making sure her employees has the customer service they need to keep the customers happy! I’ll never come back to this location because it seems like a bunch of kids running an organization with no type of respect or simple customer service skills! They make pollo look bad. I normally don’t even leave reviews but after attempting to reach corporate I decided to leave this review hoping they come to a solution.
