The manager and one of the employees working tonight, October 6th, 2025, at around 11:10 p.m., were extremely rude. From the moment I arrived, they treated my son and me in a humiliating way. They also made a mistake with my order and charged me for an order that wasn’t even mine! When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn’t cancel my order, and they also refused to return the money for the order that didn’t belong to us. The manager handled the situation terribly, treated us disrespectfully, and then went to hide instead of resolving the problem. As we were leaving, one of the employees even called me “stupid”! This kind of behavior should never be allowed. I will definitely never return to this McDonald’s location.
