    So instead of actually responding with an actual reply, someone identified as "McDonald's (owner)", replies with a link to share my feedback. Didnt I just give you my feedback? No human reply, no apology and if you look back on other negative reviews you'll see this is their trend. Maybe its not but it feels like the apathetic way this "owner" receives criticism probably overflows to the staff's performance. How about it?...maybe not just pass the buck. Just ordered three breakfast meals. One with an orange juice that was barely even cool and tasted like it was going sour. One with a chips ahoy frappe that eas really just a caramel frappe with chips ahoy on top. Im almost certain its supposed to have chips ahoy mixed into the frappe but i was assured by the employee at the window that its only topped and she even asked the manager. The only drink that looked okay-ish was with the last meal. It was a caramel frappe with a hint of a drizzle of caramel on it. I shouldve known it wasnt going to be good... It started off with the person taking the order marking up the chips ahoy frappe as a caramel and I repeat3d myself and and and the person taking the payment supposedly fixed the order to make it a chips ahoy frappe. Ive been to this McDonald's before and never really had any issuues but today wasnt very good at all.
