- VVViren Vaghasiya4 days ago1.0What a waste of money. Look at these fries. Should we call it perfect cook? And grilled cheese, how can someone cook one side burn and the other not even cook? I worked at the UK’s busiest Five Guys for five years, but I never gave my customers this type of service. The five crew members with one manager on the online floor are so dirty. The crew members dress completely out of standard. Ask for light tomato and lettuce, and they give me extra. Amazing service. The manager doesn’t change gloves when moving to another station. Where you have a manager like this, what should we expect from the crew members? I was thinking Five Guys, an American company, surely has standards better than us, but here I can say I was running my store way better than this one.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
