I ordered a Ham & Swiss Croissant Stuffer ($5.19 before tax) through the drive-thru and realized after leaving that the sandwich had no ham or cheese — just plain bread. This isn’t a small mistake, it’s a repeated pattern. Each time I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s clear this location has a serious problem with quality control or honesty. It’s extremely frustrating to pay nearly $6 for a plain croissant and be left disappointed again. I shouldn’t have to check my food in the parking lot every time, but apparently, that’s what customers have to do here. If you visit this Dunkin’, double-check your order before driving off. The staff aren't even polite, so i understand why consistency and accuracy are not their strong suit.
