First time good but the second time not so great I had order cold foam n when I didn’t get that they poured half my drink out and put the cold foam … and when you ask them to correct it they get upset..

My experience there was TERRIBLE. The store manager there NAOMI was very rude, disrespectful and aggressive. I was placing an order in the drive through and I didn’t see what I usually get on the menu so I asked the man I was speaking to about the item and he said they still sold it. When I asked him to say what’s in it, (becuase I haven’t ordered it in months, and I know there’s different versions of it), she aggressively took the mic and spoke loudly and abrasively, not even answering my question. Because of that, I didn’t even order food. And then after the horrible interaction she had the nerve to yell THANK YOU. When I pulled up to the window. The other employees were kind but they were happy to know that I stated I would reach out to corporate because this seems to be a common behavior for Ms NAOMI. In my opinion, it is in the best interest of this company to remove this nasty individual from this job. She dam sure shouldn’t be calling herself a manager.

Overworked, unorganized and poor customer service unless a regular. Regulars have a dufferent experience.
