  Literally the best dunkin. The girls are so friendly. Always greeting me with a smile and sending me off with best wishes for my day. My food always hot. The never get my drink wrong! All the other Dunkin’s especially in plantation and Lauderhill INCOMPETENT!

  The service is slow. I ordered the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, but I only received a croissant with egg and cheese. I stopped by to buy a snack before going to work so I could eat it during my break, but when I finally opened it, I realized there was no bacon.

  The morning staff in this Dunkin Donuts is soooooo awesome!! They acknowledge you when you walk in and have a smile when they serve you. The manager and staff do an awesome job in customer service and it is so worth going out of my way to come to this location. Definitely recommend this location to everyone!!

  I have never been so upset!!! I usually have a positive experience here but today I went to order my usually medium hot chocolate and not only did it come in a large cup it tasted like dirty mop water It was heavily watered down and tasted nothing like hot chocolate I had to throw this nasty drink away and I will never be back

  Outstanding Management & Staff at Dunkin’ Donuts My experience at Dunkin’ Donuts was excellent, and a big reason for that is the management and staff. The team was professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. You can clearly tell the management leads by example—everything was well-organized, efficient, and ran smoothly even during busy moments. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. They communicated well with each other, handled orders accurately, and made sure customers felt appreciated. It’s refreshing to see a team that works so well together and takes pride in what they do. Great leadership makes a difference, and it definitely shows here. I’ll absolutely continue coming back because of the positive environment they’ve created.🤩🙌🏽🥰
