The person made it seem like it was my fault for telling her in advance to not use the same pitcher without rinsing.

When I notified the store the manager refused to issue a refund and refused to provide her name. I had to settle with my bank. I believe she did this to be able to take money from the register. Watch your transactions closely if you decide to go here!!!!!
