Headquarter Corporation needs to pay a visit to the store ASAP, and do a training of customer service skills, and menu items prices to their employees especially the one that is at the register, so customers get good service experience , and don’t get overcharged or undercharged.

Employees made no effort to prepare additional food for customers. Employees didn't care. Based on all the similar reviews, management and corporate doesn't care too much.
