  I usually have great experiences here, maybe with the holiday staff because thats usually when Im there but today was AWFUL! I couldnt sleep so I was up early wanting to try their sugar free flavors since i never have and they ruined the whole experience for me considering the lady who I told that my drink was nasty didnt care and said it was because its sugar free.. meanwhile I did ask for stevia and couldnt taste it at all and for extra almond milk and got creek water, I asked when I ordered and she told me to ask next time at the box and I said I did like its not my fault that didnt make it into the system lol blame yourself not me!

  Service in drive thru is always good when I go in morning. The young man taking orders outside is always in a great mood and keeps line moving .

  Another dunkin messed up our order but we didn't realize till we were on our way, stopped at this location and asked if they could fix it and they fixed it up with love and care, was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had at a dunkin. 10/10, they were so nice about it.

  this place is a bit of a madhouse. i am not sure what is up with the staff and service, but it seems no one is on the same page, a lot of mistakes get made. the quality of the breakfast sandwiches is questionable and not very good.
