  After ordering through the two girls(one training the other) with IPads, I pull up to the runners handing out food to be asked what did I order? Did you order from the app? As if my order was lost. Come to find out by looking in the bag I received, the car in front of mine had my order but handed it back and from the look of it. They had already open the straw and threw it in the bag. The staff at Dunkin decided let’s hand the SAME FOOD ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAD TO THE CORRECT CUSTOMER. Disgusting and shame on this establishment. People pay attention to your orders because this is not professional.

  Today, around 12 p.m, my daughter and I visited our favorite Dunkin’ Donuts in W Oakland Park Blvd, near our house, to get donuts and enjoy a nice day. I used the drive-thru, and the person who took my order, whom I later recognized as the manager by her different collared shirt was surprisingly rude. As a manager myself in the restaurant industry, I understand when employees call out and we have to step in, but that doesn’t justify being dismissive to customers. A manager should always set the tone and lead by example. I’ve consistently had positive experiences with the team here, so it’s disappointing to see this behavior from a leader. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I believe the team deserves better.

  This is the BEST Dunkin I have ever been to and I won’t go to any other store. My first visit today and the staff is so kind and helpful my order was perfect, hot and delicious. Fantastic coffee too! Wow! They were all so considerate of my allergies too and took every precaution so everything came out right. The staff worked together quickly and so efficiently. The young girl manager checked every order for accuracy. She was an incredible leader. She knew ever customer and treated them like family. Very impressive.
