  This location is disgusting and completely unacceptable for a place serving food. During my visit, an employee pulled a tray from under the counter and there was a roach crawling on it. Instead of handling it professionally, she flung the tray and threw it away like it was normal. That alone says everything about the conditions behind the counter. The entire place is filthy—dirty tables, food all over the floors, and a messy drink area. This isn’t a one-time issue, it’s clearly ongoing neglect. The staff look miserable, give off rude, unwelcoming energy, and the manager appears completely disengaged. No professionalism, no accountability, and no basic standards for cleanliness. This place feels infested and poorly run. I would strongly avoid eating here.

  Very disappointed with this restaurant, I’ve been coming on and off for the past 2 years and nothing seems to change by far this has got to be the dirtiest Chipotle I’ve been to. It doesn’t matter the time you go, all you see is trash everywhere no one on the floor trying to keep things clean trash cans are always over flowing. I thought I’d give it one more try, I ordered on line a burrito, to my surprise and this is the 2 time this has happened instead of receiving a burrito I received a ball wrapped in foil see pic. Really this is ridiculous I even ordered the burrito double wrapped and I get a ball. They definitely have to train the person or persons who wrap the burrito to make it right.

  Not only was the service horrible but i found a fingernail in my food after eating half of it, i feel like im going to be sick this is absolutely disgusting.

  If I could give this Chipotle a lower review, I would. What happened to cleaning standards? This is a restaurant. You serve food. The place should be pristine, and the food bar should look spotless at all times. The sour cream had tomatoes and corn mixed in it. The cheese also had tomatoes and corn inside. The edges between the food containers were extremely dirty, with food spilled and stuck all over the place. The guacamole was already brown around the edges. The steak tasted not at steak. The food was not good at all. Honestly, come on. I do not want to get sick. The service was okay. I complained and the employees were not disrespectful or rude, so I will give them that. But wow. This is another Chipotle I have visited in the Sunrise and Fort Lauderdale area that looks exactly the same. At this point I am seriously considering not going to Chipotle anymore, and that is a shame because I used to love it. But cleanliness matters. When you serve food, the standards should be much higher.
