  Okay so I went to this location to order a large hash, small vanilla ice coffee, and some pieces of candied bacon , everything was wrong so I tried calling no answer so today I go in to finally tell them the manager was trying to act like she wasn’t the manager had the employee come talk to me then told the employee “I don’t know I can’t do nothing about it” while giving attitude on her phone with her head down every time I come to this location the energy is just always off or negative the employee that was trying to help me wasn’t the problem the manager was . All around bad experience

  As a fanatic of the whopper came here Tuesday the 24th around 6:00pm with my family the 2 employees they had decided to ignore us when we were asking to order while they were worried about the customers that came thru the drive thru they kept on taking orders in the drive thru and decided to completely ignored us so we decided after 20 mins and after letting them know that when you walk in a restaurant the guest that's in the restaurant should be a priority won't be coming back to this location safe yourself some time and go to where they will give you some service.

  One day I ordered a cinni mini and they were out. I asked for a refund. This manager told me to request it in the app since that's where I placed the order. I walked away and did that. I got an email asking if I got the other items. I said yes. Now a week later I entered the store to purchase and the store manager going to tell me she's not serving me because I gave a bad review. SINCE WHEN DO YOU GET BLOCKED FROM A STORE BECAUSE OF BAD REVIEW? THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF A RETALIATION, POOR MANAGEMENT, AND NASTY ATTITUDE! THESE 2 MANAGERS NEED TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY!

  It's Sunday January 25th 2026 I arrived to pick up my order around 11:20pm, the lobby was closed and the ladies working inside are simply ignoring the drive thru. I sat there for about 15 minutes before the lady with long braids and glasses came to the window lazily rudely and nonchalantly said move your car and park over in the lot. She later brought my order about another 15 minutes later. What kind of terrible service is that.
