  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I’m vegan and very clearly ordered a vegan burger, but was served a steak burger instead. This isn’t just a small mistake — for someone with dietary restrictions or ethical choices, that’s a huge deal.There was no attention to detail and it honestly made me question how seriously they take customer orders. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their order accuracy and staff training. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

  I’ve been coming to this location since it was called Juice & Java, so I was excited to revisit. Unfortunately, it’s not the same experience anymore. Prices have more than doubled since then, while the food quality has noticeably declined. My tuna salad wrap used to taste homemade and flavorful, and this time it was dry and bland. On a positive note, my family had a decent lunch overall and our server (a very friendly gentleman) took good care of us at the beginning. Toward the end of the meal, though, service became much less attentive and we had to wait quite a while for anyone to bring the check. When it came time to pay, a different staff member (who we hadn’t seen during the meal) handled the checkout. She stood right in front of me, staring while I tried to verify the total and select a tip. She was so close she was practically breathing in my face, making the situation incredibly uncomfortable. Only afterward did I notice a $2 “service charge” added to the bill, but I didn’t even have time to check the math properly because of how rushed and pressured the checkout felt. That checkout experience alone is enough for me not to return. It’s unprofessional and takes away from what could have been a simple family lunch.
