She is always professional and seeks to appease even the most challenging customers. I've seen her deal with a belligerent customer yet maintain her composure and do everything reasonable to rectify the customer's issue. This is a very well run store.

Growing up eating this South Florida Staple it’s saddening to dine in at a branch after many years and experience what I did today. Small portions, $20 USD Per person, No Sauce /condiments Island. Hope pollo survives
