  Probably one of the worst McDonald's in the area. Slow. Staff lacks any customer service skills. They speak to you with the fewest words possible. I gave her my mobile order number. She said OK. That's it. Ok. No. Drive to the window. I got your order. Just Ok. Hmmm ok do you have my order now? Should I pull around? Then I asked her did you get my order, what do you want me to do? Finally, she said yes pull around. If you can't communicate with people, you should not be in customer service.

  Due to my work, I constantly travel on business across different states in the U.S., and I’ve visited many McDonald’s locations over the years. I can confidently say that this McDonald’s is one of the best in the entire country in terms of food quality. The fries here are exceptional — always crispy, fresh, and clearly cooked in clean, fresh oil, not bitter or overused oil like in many other locations. The burgers are assembled perfectly: neat, beautiful, and consistent every time. The buns are baked just right, and the meat is fresh, fragrant, and cooked exactly as it should be. On top of that, the staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. You can really feel the presence of an excellent manager who knows how to run a team and maintain high standards. This location sets the bar very high and truly stands out among McDonald’s restaurants across the United States. Highly recommended.

  Can’t say, I’ve enjoyed my experience at McDonald’s in a long time but this was good! I mean honestly the food was great everyone there seemed like they wanted to be there especially the guy at the front counter who was clearly going above and beyond but still managing to have a great attitude. He said his name was Douglas! An again I mean I was genuinely impressed with our burgers they weren’t haphazardly thrown together like most McDonald’s I have been too lately. They were pretty good and the place was honestly really clean too.

  Lue tämä !!!!!! Ensin jouduimme odottamaan 45 minuuttia ruokia mitä ei olisi koskaan tullut jos ei itse olisi käynyt kysymässä! Ruoka oli kylmää ja erittäin huonoa ja kaikenpäälle vielä raakaa (näkyy kuvassa) aivan järkyttävää asiakaspalvelua, ei mitää pahoitteluita siitä että melkeen tunnin jouduimme odottamaan Mc’Donalds tilausta onko liikaa vaadittu???? Työntekijät vaikuttivat siltä että he ovat aivan kuistilla mitä ympärillä tapahtuu, ihankuin kaikilla olisi ollut eka päivä töissä eikä tiedä mitä tehdä! Miten voi olla mahdollista jälkeenpäin lukeneena arvosteluita että Mc’Donalds ketju ei tee asialle yhtään mitään?! 0/5 kokemus tässä kyseisessä Sunny Isles beach Mc’Donaldsissa, älä mene sinne kynnet maistuvat paremmalta! Vielä nopeasti kaverimme oli tilannut 10minuuttia ennen meitä ja hän sai 10minuuttia meidän jälkeen ruuat ja olihan kyse nyt bicmac ateriasta ja yhdesta ylimääräisestä tuplajuustosta?! Kun ruuat tulivat kysymisen jälkeen jolloin he alkoivat vasta tehdä tilausta 45minuuttia odottaneena tilausta, TUPLAJUUSTO tulee ilman juustoja? MITEN VOI OLLA MAHDOLLISTA JA EI MITÄÄN PAHOITTELUITA ASIASTA! PS KUITISTA NÄKEE PÄIVÄMÄÄRÄN HUONOIN TERVEISIN JOONAS SUOMESTA
