Old food and trash on the tables and floor, bathroom was trashed, long waits to order even though there were not many people there, rude employees and the food did not taste great. We love Einstein bagels and this was not like any other location we’ve been to. Other customers had to ask them to replace the creamers and clean trash off the counters so they could fix their coffees. And they all seemed really bothered that they had customers to serve.
