  The food at Tropical Smoothie is really good. Especially at this location. Everything tastes fresh, and the smoothies are always flavorful. Definitely a great place for a quick meal.

  The smoothies are so yummy and Gabriella had a big smile and was so nice. She even told me about the rewards program. Definitely will be back.

  Amazing experience, I was struggling to pick what smoothie option i wanted and Gabriella helped me and was very sweet & friendly. Great food and very professional.

  The store is always fresh and clean. Amazing staff, professional, and polite . By far the best tropical smoothie in the Tampa Bay area.

  I ordered a chocolate-covered strawberry smoothie and was not aware it had banana, which I'm mildly allergic to. Also, the smoothie tasted like pure chemicals. Before anyone asks, the ingredients were not listed for this smoothie because I think it was limited time. So I assumed the main ingredients were just strawberry. I asked the employee for an exchange or refund; they laughed in my face and wouldn't even hear me out, saying I already had the smoothie, which I couldn't drink. I had just finished a tough, demanding workout and had to leave with no smoothie because I threw it away since I couldn't drink it. Luckily, I keep an EpiPen and used it outside of the store. I'm sure they're going to reply to this email without a refund and not directly addressing the issue. Overall, I suggest you not waste your money to be disrespected like me and my friend were today. I decided to push this issue higher up and will let you all know how it goes. Addition to the owner previous comment 03/17/2026 1. We never enjoyed the smoothie; WE LEFT IT ON THE TABLE. We did take a picture together holding our smoothies before we tasted them, but after this service, it will never happen again. 2. We never had a chance to fully speak with the employee, who spoke over me and dismissed me, assuming it was because I was younger. Even when the flavor was mentioned, she looked at me crazy and still denied me a replacement and refund. 3. I was the one to ask because my friend was scared and found it hard to talk to get a replacement, so I went up and was still disrespected. Hence, when she asked if banana was in it, she was talking low and gently. 4. Let's watch the whole camera footage. Only I ate the sandwich, and no huge portion of either smoothie was drunk. I was only returning my friend's smoothie anyway, and her smoothie was still touching the brim. Both smoothies were left after realizing they also weren't even good enough to be consumed.
