  I had an emergency and I had to By my son and my daughter‘s favorite subway sandwich for their field trip. So I ordered the sandwich off of the app.When I went there, I told them that I was picking up my order .I told them my name they said it wasn’t under that name. I said I’m not sure why it wouldn’t be but I could describe the description of everything ( mind you, they only had one to go order prepared and nothing else )and I said just let me know what to do. So they said well I can’t give it to you so I went to the car I got my phone. I showed her which seemed to be the manager and she said well. I don’t think that that’s yours. She was giving me a hard time like I was trying to steal someone’s food. so I let her take my phone so she could look deeper into it. She didn’t say oh I apologize. This is your order. She just went to the Food and said well corrected me that what I did want. I put it in incorrectly and I apologized. I said it was my first time using the app so I must’ve hit the wrong button. She said that if I wanted it fixed, I need to pay for a whole Nother sandwich. I was in such a rush and just frustrated. I didn’t wanna argue with her or give her a hard time. I just told her that the customer service is terrible. I don’t know if because she thinks that they’re in a gas station that they don’t need to provide good service to people, but we live in the community. I will never go back there again. If I didn’t need that sandwich so badly for my kids, I wouldn’t have even asked for a refund. I would’ve just said keep it and never go back again.

  Very disappointing experience. The employee, a white gentleman with brown hair and tattoos on his arm, handled cash and then my food without changing gloves. When I asked him to change them, he did but with attitude. He then went to the back, and I believe he may have done something that made his gloves dirty. I don’t trust the cleanliness after that, so I threw the sandwich away. Food safety should be basic. I can’t recommend this location.

  I’ve eaten at subway 1000 times since I was 16. Including Saraha stint working there. Never had I had as terrible of service as I did tonight at this location with with the two young girls named Sarah and June they tried to tell me We couldn’t toast a flatbread sandwich. Proceeded to give me an attitude and refuse to do so until I mention escalating to the boss. Simple request absolute terrible service. The girls act like they can’t hear and have been terribly rude and disrespectful.

  I ordered a sandwich two hours before the time I chose to pick up the sandwich. Once I got there my order was not ready and they had an inexperienced guy working and I could not wait to get my order because I would have been late to work. I am extremely frustrated because I work overnight I was depending on subway to be reliable and unfortunately I have to eat nothing but air sandwiches tonight while working an 8 hour shift on an empty stomach they will never get my money ever again.
