  Not an app user or a McDonald's frequent customer, the screen is too busy trying to decide what we wanted. The person on the intercom was very friendly & helpful. The mini size McFlurry was perfect size with a Happy Meal.

  Came here specifically for the new big arch burger after waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes they finally gave me my order when I got home I found out they gave me a Big Mac instead. This felt like a slap in the face not only that but the big Mac was less than the big arch. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

  I came here for a simple order. A 6 piece chicken nugget, a hot n’ spicy mchicken, and a double cheeseburger with NO MUSTARD, and EXTRA PICKLES. I received my order and after opening my burger in my car I realized “they put extra pickles, however there is also no onions, and a drop of ketchup”. When I asked for a replacement to include my onions, I was sarcastically brought a sandwich with the same items, an excessive amount of pickles, and STILL no onions. I was then explained to by “Josh” that this is the sandwich I asked for. I had to explain to this man who worked there (who was wearing a blue shirt which to me has always indicated a store manager but he denied this), that onions come on this sandwich. Finally I’m brought another one, with onions, (still just a drop of ketchup), and a HANDFUL of onions. I asked if it was a joke as it was clearly intentional. I was a bit irate at this point as I’ve had a long day and they seemingly couldn’t even assemble their own burger correctly. “Josh” was extraordinarily rude to a point I’d say his customer service skills are non-existent. If you plan to eat here, expect to receive what they want to make you. No if, ands, or buts. Absolutely ridiculous.(See photo for final sandwich that was satisfactory in their eyes)
