  I hit a lot of Tropical Smoothie drive thrus in the state. This is the first one I have walked in. Wasn't very clean. Ordered 2 green detox, one with extra ginger. The young woman who took my order was sedated at best. I paid when I ordered and tipped (which i regret the tip). The young woman tried to hide she was eating behind an area. When customers walked in she wiped her mouth with her hand proceeded to take their orders then went to make their hot sandwiches without washing hand (gross). Luckily there was a young man who was not eating with his hands and wiping his mouth with his hand. I watched him make both smoothies in the same blender....they were the same no extra ginger. When he delivered them I asked which had the extra ginger he looked at the stickers and pointed to one with a straight face. I will be hesitant to hit and TS drive thru in the future. If I really want one I will go in and see if this one is just not up to par. My past experiences with multiple TS have delivered at least the correct order. This just not impressive.

  1 star is a rating I almost never use. This one star review was earned by the complete lack of customer service demonstrated by all 3 employees in the store. No one was up front helping customers. Orders were left in the back or set out with no comment, explanation or attempt to make sure customers received their food in a timely fashion. I usually enjoy TSC, but I recommend avoiding this store.

  I came in today and ordered a pesto sandwich with chips and a smoothie. Someone by the name of Erin E. took my order. After she called my name she gave me my smoothie and told me to have a good day. A bag with the same chips I ordered was there and I assumed it was mine because she told me to have a good day. The bag was tucked under the lip of the table so I grabbed it and I tired to get her attention to make sure this was my food but she was too busy chatting with the other staff members. I took it and left because i was running late to get back to work. Turns out it was someone else’s order. I didn’t have to time to go back to the location. 0/10 service
