Victor, I am sorry that it took about a week for me to post this, but thank you for redeeming the franchise. Usually I get some introduction just above "what do you want". Victor was polite, looked me in the eyes, laughed at my stupid joke, and appreciated the comments. I hope you keep him on, let him work his way up the ladder, and let him help turn the franchise around. Put the service back in the customer service.
