I asked the cashier for help in the future placing orders for pickup online, and her words “I don’t know anything about the app nor can’t I help you with it” She went a back and a coworker asked her what the issue was and she explained it to them and they were fine with it. 🤷🏻♂️ It’s just tough coming here if you know you’re going to have a long wait for a burger and you’re in a rush or have kids with you that’ll have to wait too.
