- TFTrevor Freeman3 days ago5.0This Dunkin has to be the best ever, they literally feed the entire town of Stuart and Sewells Point. They’re so consistent and so fast and on top of things. The manager is there day in a day out & she has brought together such a good team and is also super consistent with her team and customer skills. The town relies heavily on this Dunkin. I wish corporate would expand this brick and mortar and give the manager a healthy raise.

- FRF. R.Dec 26, 20251.0I used to enjoy coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Sewells Point, mainly because of Matthew, who was by far the kindest and most attentive waiter I’ve ever met. He was always friendly, professional, and made every visit pleasant. I was very disappointed to learn that Matthew no longer works here and that he was let go, despite the fact that he did nothing wrong. Losing someone like him is a real shame. Because of this experience, I don’t feel motivated to return. Customer service like Matthew’s is rare, and it made all the difference.

When I walked in, there were 3 employees gathered together socializing with each other, 1 or 2 more employees were outside on break. There were no other customers inside or at the drive through. They had not even gotten my order off the order machine yet. I had to tell them about my mobile order so they could retrieve it. They kept laughing and joking around with each other, actually yelling across the restaurant, they basically ignored me and acted like it was an inconvenience to them that I was there.
