From the person taking the orders who has let me know and others on several occasions that she loves my name, to the person handing me my food, the experience is absolutely delightful. Even when they don't have what I ordered at the moment, they make sure to give me plenty of other options to choose from, and make sure to let me know when it will be back in stock. If I'm not having such a great morning this Dunkin and its staff is sure to change my mood by the time I leave the drive thru. Way to go store #302512, you definitely have a lifetime customer out of me!!!

They got my whole order wrong even though it says the correct thing on the receipt. These people are totally incompetent and does not need to be working at any job whatsoever will never go to this place again. It is absolutely horrible. Worst service and food and drinks I’ve ever had in my life. I do not recommend going to this place at all. Do not waste your money on it.
