  We had such a great time at Carrabas last night! Grace was hands down the best server we’ve ever had. She was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience fun and stress-free. She checked in at the right times, kept everything running smoothly, and really went above and beyond. Grace honestly made our night, if you get her as your server, you’re in for a great experience!

  Been to this location twice and both time my family and I had the pleasure of Ms. Debbie being our waitress. She has been amazing and we will continue to come here in hopes to be serviced by her again. The food and atmosphere is also a plus, you can’t beat the $10 take home meal deal as well!!

  I once had a terrible experience with the Saint Lucy West branch to the point I wasn't going to return until I received a gift card to the restaurant and decided to try the stuart US 1 location. OMG... this place was amazing and the service was outstanding. Grace was our server and she did a wonderful job. Because of her and the food, we will return.

  I had a very negative experience with a host at this Italian grill. She had pointed us in the direction of a Chick-fil-A after explaining how busy the kitchen was, and it really offended us as we were looking for spaghetti, not cheap, fast food, my son loves spagherti and that's why we went there. So when we had left the review, the manager had reached out to us immediately. It was not even 2 hours later I had an email in my inbox about Please contact me or let me know your contact information. So we can talk about the situation after I explained to her what had happened and from my point of view, she let me know how hard she works for her team and taking care of her guests. She did offer to mail me a gift cards can enjoy carabas again and give it another chance. And if I'm in the area, as I had driven 3 and a 1/2 hours to go down for personal reasons, to also request her back at that specific location and she will take care of us. I do appreciate the sincerity of the manager of reaching out to us immediately and wanting to understand the situation so that way she can take corrective action, as it seems she really does care about the restaurant itself as a whole and her team.

  Our server Sammy was an awesome guy. He was very friendly, fun to talk to, and provided excellent service. He told us about the specials and knew the menu very well. I could tell he was a hard worker and had a good sense of humor. The food tasted great and it’s always a treat every time I come here. Also, Myles who gave us our water and bread was a cool guy, as well. Every time I come here the food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is nice.
