  I want to recognize Andre, the manager at Bonefish Grill, for the exceptional job he does. He was absolutely fantastic. Throughout our visit, he went from table to table checking on every guest, making sure everyone was happy, had their food, and didn’t need anything else. That kind of attentiveness truly stands out. His leadership clearly shows, because the servers were outstanding as well—professional, friendly, and on top of everything. You can tell when a manager sets the tone, and Andre does exactly that. You are very lucky to have him as part of your team. Kudos to Andre for delivering such excellent service and creating a wonderful dining experience! AndreFerreira, Manager!! Outstanding service.   We both had the salmon and it was off the charts delicious and so was the cheesecake. Tara, our server was very attentive and provided excellent service. This is the best Bonefish Grill I have eaten at!

  Chad my server was sweet, honest, made great recommendations. I met manager Mr Anderson to give kudos to Chad & the chef. The wood-fired (as I requested) lobster tails were perfection. I'm so happy they do not use plastic strays! I love the music selection.

  I will rate Bone Fish as a very good restaurant, but recently in January I was there for for a martini pairing, and it was awful. It was overcrowded the food and the drinks weren’t paired together. The drinks was so sweet, they were not enjoyable. The kitchen was behind, and there was a lack of servers. I go to Carrabba‘s wine pairings all the time and they are so much better. Carrabba‘s wine pairings have been at least 90 people on several occasions that I’ve been to them and it’s well run. The food is warm delicious and the service is decent. I think Bone Fish has to step up there food pairings if they want people to return, just my opinion

  Had dinner there last night. Probably won’t go back. The service was almost nonexistent, not just to us but others as well. We arrived about 8:15 and the place was practically empty - very unusual for a Thursday night in January. We found a place at cleared but not wiped high top in the bar. We sat, and sat, and sat…while we watched who turned out to be our server restocking glassware in the bar instead of taking care of her guests. We also watched a man waiting and waiting at the hostess stand. We both actually shrugged our shoulders to each other in a “where is everybody” question. The high top next to us was full of dirty dishes and remained so for a terribly long time. When the server FINALLY had time to come over, she offered the usual greeting and asked if we wanted menus. We said yes. She brought water, bread and eventually our bar order- but no menus. She remembered them, went and brought them, put them on the table and asked if we wanted a few minutes to look at them. Well, DUUUHHH! Our orders came out at a nice pace but the food quality has gone down terribly. My salmon was dry and my broccoli, usually nice and hot and crisp/tender, was mushy. My husband said his ahi tuna was edible, but that the texture was “off”. I left some of my salmon - a first. Then, as we were leaving, another guest was waiting and waiting and waiting at the hostess stand. The hostess (also the manager??) was sitting down eating and chatting with another server. I saw him waiting and told her she had someone who has been waiting at the stand. She went to help him. He thanked me as we walked out. We used to eat dinner here once every week or so. Each of our last 3 or 4 visits has been less and lees enjoyable. I doubt we will go back - certainly not any time soon.
