I came in last week during lunch and there was no protein whatsoever. How do you allow it to get to the point that there is no protein during lunchtime? I have never seen a manager there so maybe it’s time to step up and do your job Mr Manager.

They didn't have the order ready until after the scheduled delivery arrival time and then after they scrambled to throw together the meal, they didn't include any plates, napkins, forks, etc... 5 boxes of food, late preparation, zero comms from the restaurant. Chipotle has dropped drastically and I'm struggling to justify using them for catered events. This is now the 3rd time this has happened and Chipotle won't do anything about the issue.

No matter what time we go the tables are covered with food residue the floors are filled with trash and the soda station is a board of health field day. 1:30pm only one person making the bowls while the cashier and the people talking in the back did nothing. We like Chipotle despite all the poor food handling issues and cross contamination (we must have a death wish). This locations needs to be closed.
- DLDeonna LouisMar 7, 20261.0I am constantly correcting these people while making my food.. i am paying over 10 dollars for a bowl of food and they make it like it’s worth 5. they try to put little amounts in your bowl so you can ask for more and it gives them a reason to try and charge you extra. i dont recommend ever door dashing or ordering online because they will give you 3 bites of food. overall it just sucks and i recommend the chipotle in jensen beach in pineapple commons.
