So then I call corporate who assure me they will issue me a refund for my order. I don’t get a refund I get a half ass written email with a coupon for some feee nuggets. I reply to the manager email asking for my refund three times and nothing. So now I have to wait for this kid to get around to answering an email to get my money so I had to call corporate again. People like this ruin a restaurants reputation.

- PMPierre MMar 10, 20261.0I visit this Chick-fil-A location at least three times a week and have generally had positive experiences, which is why I felt it was important to share this concern. During my recent visit, I accidentally pulled into the wrong drive-thru line. The employee working the pickup window, Jody, looked at me with clear disdain and turned his back toward me to speak to coworkers, without acknowledging me at all. I eventually had to say something just to get his attention. His demeanor felt dismissive and unprofessional. After going back through the drive-thru and returning to the pickup window, Jody was again handling orders. I politely told Micah, who is always very kind and professional, that I did not want Jody handling my order because of how he treated me earlier. Micah apologized, but I told him there was no need, as he is consistently courteous. My concern was specifically with Jody’s attitude and behavior, which did not reflect the level of customer service Chick-fil-A is known for. Again, I visit this location frequently and have not had issues like this before. I simply hope Jody can receive additional customer service training so that future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism that Chick-fil-A typically represents.
