  We had the pleasure of eating in the Carrabbas restaurant and having an amazing waiter named Sammy. He was so attentive, and cared about our needs, he explained the food menu thoroughly to ensure we understood the portions as well as the ingredients.He gives 100% as a waiter which is hard to find. If you get a chance to dine in Carrabbas in Stuart on US 1, please come in and request him. You will Not be disappointed. I promise.

  We come out this way once a year and every time it is consistently excellent. This time we had Elaina wait on us. She was very warm and welcoming, super attentive to filling glasses often and intentional about notifying the kitchen to not cross contaminate with our request with for gluten free. We had sirloin, chicken wessie, and chicken Marsala. All cooked perfectly, with the Marsala a bit peppery. Everything tasted delicious. They never disappoint.

  Mezzulluna ravioli (hope that's the correct spelling?), try it and thank me later..lol.. so so good!.. and our server Stacy, along with the two young gentleman helping her during our meal, were outstanding! Talk about polite, kind and patient!.. so very impressed and it just made the whole dinner experience great!..

  Elaina took care of me and my family, and we were very satisfied with her service. She is bilingual and spoke Spanish, which we really appreciated. She was polite, attentive, and had great attention to detail. The food was good, and the atmosphere was very chill and relaxing. We came on a Thursday for dinner and had a great experience overall.

  We went to a late lunch on Weds. March 25 , 2026 We ordered lemon chicken fettuccine. So much flavor! And goat cheese in these little kind of dumplings.( Sorry, dont know exactly what they were called.) They were so delicious. We each had a side salad very fresh. Our waitress happily brought us more bread and dipping sauce and refilled drinks. We eat out alot and I’m the worst food critic so when I find great food and great service I have to share that too! They actually have a chef there that can cook! Should have ask his name!! Royal Palm location .
