She never responded. My husband repeated himself and Janeka was extremely rude in her reply to him. Once we stated that we had completed our order, once again there was no response so we proceeded to just drive forward to the window to provide payment. Janeka opened the window rudely gave us a total and we paid. We asked if we could please get hot and mild sauce along with our food and she never answered. She just shut the window in my husband's face. By far the absolute worst customer service I've ever had at ANY restaurant!!!!
