- KKKimberley KentClemonsJul 11, 20224.0I would like to express my gratitude to Stephanie...I work and am not able to leave to pick up lunch...so a friend will pick it up for me .I send a specific note with my order..4xs my order came back wrong..the next time I called the store..a male answered and really wasn't n didn't want to hear what I had to say..so he put Stephanie on phone..she took my order n it came back perfect ..not only was my order correct..my friend walked in subway and she automatically knew my order n made it with out being asked ...that's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...👍THANKS STEPHANIE
